Came into town for the holiday and we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin we rented. The owner did not live nearby and no other key close by. We were leaving the next morning on a Sunday. Called Mountain State Lock and the owner was 100 miles away but said he could stop after and help me out. Price was great and service was great. Definitely saved the day.

Had the ignition pins and key in my old CRV wear out leaving me unable to drive my car. The folks at bend lock and safe told me if I could get the car towed there they could fix it. I was out the door with a working ignition and three new sets of keys within the same day. Great work, wonderful people and fair prices!
I will definitely be going back here for any other lock problems in the future!

I had a very frustrating experience with this locksmith. I dropped off my ignition cylinder for rekeying to match my old key. After waiting an hour, I called for an update — he said it was “done” but he had gone home and would call me when he was back at the shop. Another hour went by with no updates, so I had to call him again to finally meet up. Later, when I installed the cylinder, the key didn’t even work and I couldn’t start my car. I called him after 4 hours of waiting, and he said I was next, but he never came over. I waited the whole day, and he never showed.
Super unreliable, and extremely frustrating to deal with. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

What a great business. We went to them because we had an RV key that was cracked. When we entered, they acknowledged us right away and said they would be with us soon. It took about a minute. After looking at the key he told us “No problem.” We decided to have the entire set copied. They were quick and efficient and friendly. Thank you.
