LET ME JUST TELL YOU THIS! My fiancé and I went to Jason with a frustrating situation. Our key to the truck was messed up and irritating the life out of us.
Between the professionalism of this business and the chairs in their waiting room area…I could have stay there all day. But they are quick and great! Joey, Virginia and Chris were awesome! I loved the dog too! We will be back next time we have issues.

Jesse of Pacific Coast Lock and Safe was an enormous help when our key got stuck in the door knob of our front door.

Absolutely unbelievable service. I locked my keys in the car in a parking lot and saw the van parked nearby. I asked the driver if he unlocked cars and he said he did and got me in within 5 minutes of meeting him. Very reasonable price, friendly, I will call him first the next time something like this happens.

The owner was extremely rude and rather ugly. I was in a desperate situation that involved a child and he would not do a thing to help. In fact, when I was attempting to validate my situation, he, what seemed like to me, just wouldn’t help out of stubbornness. I have never left a review before, on any business, but the way he treated me was next level.

Called around a couple different places needed to have the key reprogrammed and the original immobilizer module, technician not only came out once but twice until issue was resolved. Great communication and kept us informed on at every step, very fair pricing I didn’t even have to pay for the first look only on completion!
