Incredible customer service and high quality work! We have a very unique situation with our front door lock that we have struggled to find a solution to. I lost the only fob I had for my prius so it was basically stranded at work for almost a month. Toyota was going to charge over $600, plus I would had had to pay for a tow since it had to be within their wifi range. Russ was able to come to my place of work and program 2 new fobs in the cold for $100 less. I would highly recommend.

Had the ignition pins and key in my old CRV wear out leaving me unable to drive my car. The folks at bend lock and safe told me if I could get the car towed there they could fix it. I was out the door with a working ignition and three new sets of keys within the same day. Great work, wonderful people and fair prices!
I will definitely be going back here for any other lock problems in the future!

Just moved into my new place and stopped by J&L Pacific Locksmith to rekey all my locks to match my new Wi-Fi front door lock. My key fob was broken, which caused me to lose my key. I called this shop to explain my issue. Instead of trying to get extra money from me, they offered me cheaper options and explained how I could find my key code. When I arrived at their shop, I was greeted nicely and received good service. The price was very reasonable. Overall good experience would come back again in the future.

I did not realize the location was inside of the Safeway store and even then it was hard to find it a little kiosk which was automated. Took a while to figure out how to use it but the results were satisfactory
