Brandon was super quick and efficient! Our daughter locked us out of our bedroom door and he was able to come and help us within no time. He was super friendly and respectful. He also was very accommodating for our specific issue. We will definitely use his service if we have problems in the future and will refer him to friends who are in need of a locksmith as well. Needed a door knob and deadbolt combo rekeyed on the fly and Mr. Joe was at my door in less than an hour. He worked very quick, rekeying a new door knob and deadbolt to match; he even installed it for me! Great service, honest and doable prices.

The automated key machine usage was clear and easy. The original key was inserted “firmly” into the machine’s slot. The key was cut and delivered within a minute or so. The key works in the indicated lock, but it “seats” differently than the original – when inserted, it has to be pulled back about a millimeter for it to work.

My key fob was broken, which caused me to lose my key. I called this shop to explain my issue. Instead of trying to get extra money from me, they offered me cheaper options and explained how I could find my key code. When I arrived at their shop, I was greeted nicely and received good service. The price was very reasonable. Overall good experience would come back again in the future.

Locked myself out of my car and gave them a call. Was able to book an appointment the same day even while they were short staffed. Corwin came out on his own and realized it was a very difficult vehicle to get into, and without extra charge came out the next day with an extra set of hands and got into my vehicle within a couple minutes. No damage to the vehicle, Both days had terrible weather conditions. Couldn’t recommend this company enough, and very affordable for the service.
