Fast response (came out within an hour or so of calling), arrived on time and got a key copied and functional in less than 30 min. Professional service and new key works great. Very satisfied with service.

Update: while they did come out quickly, 5 min after they left I did a check of both keys that was more than just quickly start and turn off the car. Check transmission light was now on. They said not a result of their work, but I took to the mechanic (pro auto in sccappoose) and transmission control module programming error code came up that is a known issue with incorrectly programmed keys. Asked to resolve with and have had no meaningful response or resolution. Dissapppointing.

They never called back. I left an SMS message with my call back number because their voice-mail was full and I was unable to leave a voice message. I also sent an email and just never heard back. I ended up getting my own keys out of the trunk of my car from watching a YouTube video on how to unlock it without keys. YouTube for the win! Saved me from a lot of trouble. It’s been four days and I’ve still heard nothing from Kingman. Glad I was able to follow video instructions from someone else.

We locked ourselves out on new years day and called this business for help. Emanuel was lovely to work with. He got here in 15 minutes and was even kind enough to answer questions about what he was doing to get the lock open as he worked. The price was even solid for new years day ($199 total). Just moved into my new place and stopped by J&L Pacific Locksmith to rekey all my locks to match my new Wi-Fi front door lock. Jeremiah was awesome—super friendly and explained the different lock brands and how to make everything work together. He rekeyed five locks to match my Smart Lock, and everything works great. This place is great. I’ve had a couple car keys and fobs (mostly toyota) done here over the years and they always do me right. Good product, good service, good price. Can’t recommend enough.
