American Security & Lock responded and was en route to assist with a key replacement for my luxury SUV (which uses a proximity key that you wouldn’t think a key could be made for via a mobile service) within five minutes of my key being lost. The work was completed in a focused and efficient manner. I even learned a few aspects of my vehicle that I did not previously understand. Ivan was prompt, informative, and kind. The trajectory of my week was completely altered by this successful and stress free service. It’s hard to put money on that, but it was *also* very reasonably priced!

I have used this service on multiple occasions for various key issues with the same results each time: swift response times, efficient work, reasonable prices, and excellent outcomes. I wish more services operated in this fashion these days. Thank you!

Told me a price over the phone and when he showed up after telling him how much somebody else was trying to charge me he decided to charge me the same thing and give me a 10% card fee. I was unhappy

I stopped by Marshall’s Locksmith in Raleigh after struggling with a stuck smart lock cylinder at home — they fixed it in minutes and wouldn’t even take payment. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest team. Hard to find service like this anymore — highly recommend!

I went in thinking I needed my car door lock cylinder re-keyed. Got a call back about an hour later saying they cleaned it out and it didn’t need to be re-keyed. They saved me some money and were able to get me my cylinder Loch back in a timely manner.

Thank God for Busse’s. I’m a Raleigh native and I’m grateful Busse’s Locksmith still runs brick and mortar stores. I needed an unusual key copy be made that Lowes, Home Depot, nor any kiosk machine could handle.
It just so happens that I was searching on November 11th, which is Veterans Day. Busse’s didn’t come up in my search because I was searching for “locksmiths open now.” Every call I made to a Locksmith service sent me to a call center, and who knows where they were actually working. I understand why individual locksmiths use a generalized call center. But I just needed a key copied. I didn’t want to set up a service call or appointment.

I needed a brick and mortar Locksmith.

Luckily, a friend I’ll call Capt. Obvious replied to a post I made concerning my need and reminded me of Busse’s. And bless them for honoring our Veterans for being closed on November 11th.
I stopped by Busse’s just now and got what I needed done in less than 5 minutes for much less cost than I had anticipated.
