I am a realtor who recently found myself unexpectedly locked out of one of our listings, and Seattle Locksmith Security connected me with Damon – which turned out to be a huge relief.

Great value- originally tried to get copies of my car key at Home Depot but didn’t because it was going to cost over $350 for one copy! Then was considering an actual locksmith or car delearship figuring they couldn’t possibly be too much more than that… Thank goodness I happened to see the KeyMe kiosk when I was at Safeway! I had concerns they wouldn’t work and I’d have to return all three copies I ordered (what a great deal-3 for less than $90!) but received them today and all three work perfectly! Will recommend KeyMe to everyone I know that needs this kind of service going forward!

Had a terrible experience. Called to get locks rekeyed at my house including my locking mailbox and then 2 doors. First instead of rekeying the locks the technician changed out all of the hardware to cheaper crappier hardware which looked different from what I had on all other doors and didn’t work as well. It was also a different key, I had asked for them to match an existing key so they would all be the same. Then when I asked for him to please make them the same hardware as what I had, he charged me an additional $100 to do so. And I still ended up with different keys because he never actually rekeyed anything, he just installed brand new hardware which is something I could have done myself and not at all what I asked for when he get here.

Then with my mailbox, he installed a lock that is super janky and doesn’t work very well, is super hard to lock and unlock and when I asked him to fix it he told me he couldn’t and I needed to call another locksmith.

Overall it took like 3 hours and 2 trips over and things still arnt correct. It was really expensive and I’m not happy at all with any of the locks and now have to call someone else to fix their mistakes and pay again. Complete disaster, I feel like I got scammed. Highly do NOT reccomend.
