I had locked my keys in the car the night prior and so I called the next day and Elroi came within 10 minutes and had my car door open even faster than it took to get here! Very very friendly, kind, and helpful. He opened my door, made me a key, and even gave me the code for the car door so I can open without a key. The price was very affordable for this emergency, and I will definitely be using this service again if I need to.

The gentlemen at High Desert Lock & Safe are very knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. They helped with a new key fob for my kia soul and answered all my questions & I learned a few things.

Jimbo came out next day when my father unexpectedly passed away and we couldn’t get a gun safe code to work. He was skilled and efficient but also, more importantly, endlessly kind and compassionate. I cannot recommend his company highly enough.

The cost for keys is supposed to be between $1.49 and $4. The starting cost is $4 and they go up from there. There are minimal keys you can get with the $4 price or all your key will be the same and they all have the mk logo. They also do not take a minute. More like 2 each key so plan to be there a few minutes. And the worst part is that you can buy 2 keys and get one free but they have to be all the same key. If you need multiple keys you cannot use it on different keys. There is no replacing the human element. You took away a skilled job and charge more from the consumer. I was giving you 2 stars but when I think about all the people I e had make keys for me in the past that you took that away from, we’re down to one star.

This key making machine is great. Located at Walmart, I made 4 keys quickly while grocery shopping. Very convenient.

Keys do not work. Got 3 identical keys and not one works. Requested a refund and still have not receive a reply. Will not be using ever again. And will be notifying Lowe’s where the kiosk is located of the issues
