Called Anderson Lock & Safe to pick up a 850-pound safe we had just bought at Turner’s and they promptly picked it up and brought it out to our house. Mitch and Gavin were careful not to damage our tile floor and did not ding up any corners or door frames. Even on a very tricky hallway corner they moved that huge safe with care. Great job guys. Worth every penny!

Brought in 3 keys to cut. 2 Motorcycle keys and 1 lockbox key. I brought 2 new $10 factory Honda blanks ordered online waited 2 weeks for. . Lockbox key cut to their blank didn’t work. One key cut for one of the bikes worked with their blank.

I returned and they recut the 2 factory key blanks that didn’t work with their blanks in a different machine although the $20 worth of factory key blanks were scrapped, refunded for $7.XX. They could not cut the lock box key.

Edited for clarity- It was clear that the cutting machine was not functioning properly both noted by Charlie and by the cuts made citing the clamp needed to be fixed on the cutting machine. My factory key blanks were perfectly correct and after they didnt work due to your poorly calibrated machine I returned and I advised that, “maybe you shouldn’t cut any more keys with that machine if it’s not working properly.”

In any case your lockbox key didn’t work off of your blank and that was all I was refunded for and I got 2 exceptionally large working keys in exchange for my compact factory keys -$20. They cost me more than it cost to come have these cut.

Fix your machine & recut my perfect factory blanks and a working lockbox key = 5 stars. I believe I’ve been fairly objective here.

Thankful to Ty at Sundial. Our front door lock was not working. We were told it could not be restored or replaced as it’s an outdated model. Ty was able to masterfully restore our original hardware to use with a new lock! We are beyond happy. Be sure to ask for him when you need intricate locks restored or replaced! I paid $280 for 2 cheap fobs and a key without the emblem. I feel like I wasted $300. I feel like he should have mentioned the key would not have the emblem on it and how cheap the quality of the aftermarket fobs he uses is so I could have had a chance to purchase my own fobs and key. Really feel like I got ripped off $300 because I will eventually go buy 2 quality fobs and another key with the emblem and pay someone else to program them. I would not recommend this guy for the fact that he uses cheap products and because I asked him about the aftermarket key during the cut and if he could give me a good price if I brought my own with the emblem and he said $60. I feel like he should have made things right for not telling me about the key. I regret not leaving right then. Hope this helps someone else out before they spend $300 for cheap products
