locked my keys in my car and a gentleman was on his way , we ended up being able to unlock it with a remote start device, this gentleman was so kind and understanding when we called him back after he was already on his way. definitely recommend and will keep info for the future! I needed two automotive blank keys cut for a newer vehicle. Called ahead of time to verify hours. Staff answered the phone right away and were friendly. I arrived about 10 min before close. I was in and out of there quickly with two keys that worked perfectly. Reasonable price and great service. Would recommend.

Called to get help getting in my car after I locked myself out starting it to warm up. The guy who answered was immediately rude telling me “just because you looked us up on the map doesn’t mean we can be right there”, which I never asked. The last thing you need when you are in a bad situation is someone being rude for absolutely zero reason.

Called Anderson Lock & Safe to pick up a 850-pound safe we had just bought at Turner’s and they promptly picked it up and brought it out to our house. Mitch and Gavin were careful not to damage our tile floor and did not ding up any corners or door frames. Even on a very tricky hallway corner they moved that huge safe with care. Great job guys. Worth every penny!

My key wasn’t turning in the ignition cylinder thus my car wouldn’t start. I called West Valley Lock & Key and Mordy tended to my needs. First of all he arrived super quick, less than 25 minutes. I explained the issue to him and after he inspected the ignition and the key we both agreed that I needed a new key and that I needed to repair the ignition cylinder. He was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly, from what the process is like to repair the ignition cylinder and he even showed me the reason and the damage that the cylinder had. He double and triple checked that the new key worked with the repaired ignition cylinder and he also double and triple checked the actual cylinder. He was extremely helpful and nice, he did a great job at cheering me up and cracking jokes too because the whole situation had me stressed out. One of the main reasons I was really stressed and worried was because I also thought I was going to be spending thousands to fix this, but I’m so glad it wasn’t the case even with a key with buttons!!! (My previous key had no locking or unlocking buttons) So this is great for me because this allows me to feel safer because I can unlock my car and get in faster unlike with my previous key which I had to unlock by inserting it into the door! Thank you so much MORDY, give this man a raise !!! He is awesome ! I can’t express the gratitude I have towards him and this company! Please take care of him. Attached is a picture of the new key he made for me!

Thankful to Ty at Sundial. Our front door lock was not working. We were told it could not be restored or replaced as it’s an outdated model. Ty was able to masterfully restore our original hardware to use with a new lock! We are beyond happy. Be sure to ask for him when you need intricate locks restored or replaced!
