Don is probably one of the nicest people on the planet and one of the last extremely talented locksmiths. we were tired of using 3 different keys for 3 different locks at our house – Don took 15 minutes and reprogrammed all of our locks to use one single key (no need to replace our locks – just make them accept the same key). Great price, great service, extremely nice interaction. Oregon City still has many of these small shops with cool old school owners – I’m going to support them as much as I can. Thank you!

Just moved into my new place and stopped by J&L Pacific Locksmith to rekey all my locks to match my new Wi-Fi front door lock. Jeremiah was awesome—super friendly and explained the different lock brands and how to make everything work together. He rekeyed five locks to match my Smart Lock, and everything works great. Javier was Awesome! professional, efficient, and friendly. I had an issue with my car keyfob not working. he walked me through some troubleshooting and identified a simple fix without me needing to come in or for him to stop by, no attempt to upcharge. That kind of intention and effort sets them apart from most other businesses out there in my opinion. They actually care about customer service. The attendant who answered the phone (don’t know name) had similar qualities. 5/5!

Brandon was super quick and efficient! Our daughter locked us out of our bedroom door and he was able to come and help us within no time. He was super friendly and respectful. He also was very accommodating for our specific issue. We will definitely use his service if we have problems in the future and will refer him to friends who are in need of a locksmith as well.
