Overpriced to begin with, but convenient. Key doesn’t fit “perfectly” as advertised. Very rough and have to jiggle key to unlock door. Disinterested in refund or any problem solution due to completely automated system. Will not be returning. Wasn’t goingnto leave review but KeyMe Locksmiths requested me to.

I was so glad to find a brick and mortar lack smith. I needed a small safe opened and if possible a new key made. They made it happen in a matter of minutes. Great service, price and follow through. Highly recommend

Mr. Lim was very professional quick. The price was really good. I think I waited 30 minutes and was on the road. He came to me where my keys stopped working and made the key within about 10 minutes and was still way cheaper than the dealership.

Service is above and beyond, Randy came in a very timely manner to service our needs. Our key had broken in half, Randy not only replaced the broken key, he assessed the key hole and lubricated it so that we wouldn’t struggle with wiggling the key to open the door anymore. He left our door lock better than before! I had only expected a replacement key but Randy really exceeded my expectations! Very kind, efficient, and professional work.

I can’t seem to get to my other review(which was horrible) I’m hoping this one makes up for it! I had done a review about minute key and THOUGHT that the 2 keys I got didn’t work(before I tried them) They looked NOTHING like the original key so I ASSUMED they wouldn’t work. My husband had gotten an email response from them(thank you) talking about how I got the smooth key technology, and asked if we had tried them. After getting this email, I figured I probably SHOULD try them beings how I had given them such a crappy review. Low and behold, BOTH KEYS WORKED AWESOME!! In fact, they worked better and were smoother than the original key!! I had never heard of smooth key technology, but I can tell you it’s FANTASTIC! Your new key WONT LOOK like the original, BUT, it will work better than the original!!! If I could get rid of my original review, I WOULD, but can’t seem to do it. I DONT like giving a bad review, ESPECIALLY when I’ve figured out that it was WRONG and for that, I apologize. I have no problem admitting when I’ve made a mistake and do my best to rectify what I’ve done wrong! You have an amazing product, and we will definitely be getting more in the future!!!!

I called because my regular Lock Smith was unavailable. This company responded within 45 minutes and had the job completed and were gone. The price, the service, the work and professionalism was 5 Star! They even done things that another locksmith would have charged for, but they comped it to me. Om July 1st, I spoke with Gilbert about a ProKey duplicate that did not work. He said I should receive a refund gift card by July 17.

On July 23, he told me that a new refund gift card has been requested, and that I should receive it mid-August.

As of today, I have not received it.

Gilbert has been courteous and kind about this refund request, but I have yet to receive the gift card.

I called American Lock & Key, Rancho Cucamonga to get a quote for a replacement key for my daughter’s 2000 Mercedes E430. For those who don’t know, this is a key that most sources say “dealer only”. And it takes two days and the car has to be there to pickup. I could not wait two days, and could not get the car there without towing, which would have added to the expense.

I called Anthony at 9am. He said he could be there between 11am and 1pm. He arrived right at 11am. He said it will take one hour to complete the work, and that is how long it took. And I now have a shiny new working key.

I can’t say enough about how happy I was to get it done same day, in the timeframe quoted, and at a good price. And from a nice guy.

Chris at B&B Lock & Security was awesome! I brought in my e-bike because the keys from the manufacturer didn’t work for the seat lock or ignition. Chris re-keyed both locks in about 30 minutes and saved me from having to order replacement parts and reinstall everything myself. I got the bike for my girlfriend and she’s really happy with it now. Great service, quick turnaround, and super professional — highly recommend!
