4:45pm on a Friday…Lost the keys to my truck bed canopy while moving Daughter to SF. As I pulled up to their office I noticed the Tom’s van leaving the parking lot. I sprinted over and awkwardly said “are you Tom?”.

Driver answered like he answered the question a hundred times prior, “Tom’s dead man. We can dig him up if you like”. I laughed out loud and went into the office.

Big guy behind the counter greeted me. I mentioned that the guy leaving in the van had a great sense of humor. He said “let me guess, you asked him if he was Tom”? He laughed and muttered “Tom’s dead. We can dig him up if you like” as walked into the back to grab a blank key.

These dudes were five stars kinda great. Fixed me up and got me out the door lickety split and after a hundred dollar handshake-we were back in business.

I called based on Location being near to me. Transferred to SEATTLE. Then transferred to a Subcontracted technician. Technician said he couldn’t help and I should call someone else. That was a wasted 15 minutes on the phone!

They didn’t put a transponder chip in my damn key and It opens the door but it doesn’t start the car. I’m pissed.

Not to mention the passenger door was unlocked and he charged me for unlocking it before checking the passenger door. My som met him and gave him the money and this dude RIPPED us off.
