We have used Holicong for lock installation previously and were very happy. This visit was to repair two long-standing irritating problems with our lever-handle door access units. My evening email was answered the next day, and Don Weber got us in his schedule promptly. He was careful, polite and exceptionally adept at correcting both problems effectively. He went so far as to show me the genesis of the issues. The price was excellent for such great customer service! We give Don and his team our highest recommendation!!

I only have the basic key with no buttons and I came to there shop on olden ave Ewing nj to make new key with buttons. These people are very friendly and professional and they give me good price and good service. Highly recommend five star.

I always have a good experience shopping here. The staff is friendly and there’s always someone around to help you find what you’re looking for. I’ve seen them take extra time to help elderly customers, even helping load heavy bags into their cars, which really meant a lot to see. During my visit, I also noticed how patient and professional the staff stayed, even when dealing with a few rude customers. It really shows how much they care and how hard they work. This is a store I’m happy to keep coming back to.
