100% recommend. We called Mike late Saturday night. Without hesitation, Mike jumped in his car to come open our locked doors.

While he was driving to our location, we found our keys. We called Mike and canceled the call.

Mike graciously declined to accept payment- even though he had already driven about 20 minutes to get other our location!

Mike also gave us tips on how to expedite getting a locksmith if we lose our keys in the future. This, as it turns out, would save us money.

Excellent customer service! Highly recommend Mike and his service to anyone that needs him!

I am more than happy to leave this place a 5 star review after Mark’s trumendous help today. He sold replaced my cars key fob battery for me for a mere $5 dollars with a wonderful attitude, and when my car had problems right outside his shop, he took the time out of his day to come out, inspect the issue, and resolve it in minutes. He saved me grueling hours of stress over a simple fix I would’ve missed by myself. Thank you so much Mark, you and your store are absolutely wonderful.

Jesse of Pacific Coast Lock and Safe was an enormous help when our key got stuck in the door knob of our front door.

Not only did he solve the problem quickly, but he went above and beyond by providing us new keys to our door at no charge.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this store help-wise and it’s sad. We’ve lived in the area almost two years and have never had any problems popping in and getting assistance with a home project, until today. Someone tried to break into our front door and messed up the lock. Both ladies at the front counter were of no help to my husband and acted like they were more interested in closing in a half hour than being interested in trying to help because she “doesn’t live around here.” Wow, just wow. Guess driving the extra 3 miles to the helpful hardware store is our new go to.

This store has a large selection of fasteners and small Home Project material. I got an idea and they had everything I needed. Plan on shopping here again in the future. The staff is helpful and the store is very clean. They also are a very good value they don’t price gouge.
