ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!
I may not be describing it properly, but in summary Cliff saved us about $400 by rebuilding the key lock ignition cylinder for our Honda CR-V. We worked with a mechanic who pulled the cylinder assembly out, I then took it to Trask Mountain Lock/Key where within 2 hours and only $75 later, I walked out with a rebuilt ignition key lock and one new programmed key.
Cliff said he could do it and he did it and delivered same-day OUTSTANDING service! We DEFINITELY WILL BE RETURNING CUSTOMERS AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL!

He called me almost immediately right back after leaving him a detailed voicemail about my situation, he came to Manchester and even offered to give me a ride to my locked vehicle at Walmart, let me stay warm while he got my broken key out of the door and vehicle unlocked, made & programed me a new key & lock fob.. Great price for everything he had to do to get me back going! Thanks again Rob!

I dropped a key off two weeks ago to have a copy made. Their store front is never opened so you have to make an appointment.
I get back from vacation, call the number. The gal on the other end of the line says the key isn’t done. 2 weeks and the key isn’t done.
She snapped and said, “It’s not on my list of priorities! Take it somewhere else!” I told her I’d be right there to pick up me key.
Called the number, went to voice mail.
I don’t complain about things. But this was very rude and unprofessional.

Called around a couple different places needed to have the key reprogrammed and the original immobilizer module, technician not only came out once but twice until issue was resolved. Great communication and kept us informed on at every step, very fair pricing I didn’t even have to pay for the first look only on completion! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking and will use them in the future

I purchased a key for it to have smooth cuts. I paid the extra for it the key came to me more jagged than I’ve ever seen a key before. Surprisingly, still works for the door just not the Ignition i personally would like another one sent to me. But I’m sure that’s a windy road to go down just to get another key

Just moved into my new place and stopped by J&L Pacific Locksmith to rekey all my locks to match my new Wi-Fi front door lock. Jeremiah was awesome—super friendly and explained the different lock brands and how to make everything work together. He rekeyed five locks to match my Smart Lock, and everything works great. Brandon was super quick and efficient! Our daughter locked us out of our bedroom door and he was able to come and help us within no time. He was super friendly and respectful.
