LET ME JUST TELL YOU THIS! My fiancé and I went to Jason with a frustrating situation. Our key to the truck was messed up and irritating the life out of us.
Between the professionalism of this business and the chairs in their waiting room area…I could have stay there all day. But they are quick and great! Joey, Virginia and Chris were awesome! I loved the dog too! We will be back next time we have issues.

i called for a price to get a new key fob. i was told an estimate and asked for an exact price so i knew how much to ask my mom for but he hung up on me. i tried to call back but instead got a rude dispatcher saying i “refused” the price. i just needed an exact price. won’t recommend at all.

Yeah so someone got a key and made a copy of my house key at minute key that wasn’t suppose to at minute key and broke into my house because you have a machine that anybody can walk up and make a key at especially a restricted key that says do no duplicate. Very dangerous if you ask me, just another thing to make our lives that more unsafe.Great job at making it easier for the dishonest people and thieves! Great job at making it easier for the thieves!

The key machine was easy to use and was convenient because there was no human interaction. The key selection was good I chose the cheapest key option and felt that they were satisfactory for my garage door lock

I love the convenience of the kiosk but the price has gone up since the last time I used the service, but the service hasn’t changed.
In addition u’ll have removed the basic key that was reasonable in cost and replaced it with patterned keys (which is why the price has been raised, sadly)…so that why I didn’t give 5 stars.
