Brandon was super quick and efficient! Our daughter locked us out of our bedroom door and he was able to come and help us within no time. He was super friendly and respectful. He also was very accommodating for our specific issue. We will definitely use his service if we have problems in the future and will refer him to friends who are in need of a locksmith as well. If I could leave zero stars I would. Not sure if it was the owner or someone who works there but he was on the phone never acknowledged that I was there. I took out the keys I needed to be copied still ignored. Probably 5-8 minutes go by and I ask while he’s still on the phone if he has time to make keys for me he shakes his head yes and continues talking on the phone. He finally got off made the keys. He was so rude. I’ve never had worse service in my life. I always say thank you but not today. He did not say goodbye or thank you. AWFUL!!!!!!

The location to take off all the burs is not in pain site and is really tiny! Plus for a person with a bad back having to lean over in half is dumb! Should be higher up like near where you pay on the machine or something similar!

Had Francis come out and replace 4 new commercial locks and door levers at my shop. From the first time I called them till the job was complete was less than a week. Extremely professional and very knowledgeable team. Will always recommend using them 👍

Said it was $8.99 they ended up charging me almost $12 Do not go with these people. They try to scam you out of your money when it legitimately says $8.99 and then they turn around and charge me almost $12. I would NOT go with this company. I am calling my bank and disputing this. This is definitely false advertisement for sure. REMEMBER You can go to Walmart and get your keys made I would never go with this company again

My ignition key and steering wheel were locked rendering my vehicle unuseable. I called Fortitude. Chad was immediately responsive and promptly came and replaced the ignition cylinder and resolved the problem. I paid less to have him come and do an on-site repair than it would have cost just to tow the vehicle to a mechanic.
Highly recommend. Good company. Good guy. Great service. Five stars all the way.
