I came here to have a spare key cut for my vehicle. I brought in a pre-cut blank and asked them to copy my existing working key. The locksmith said it wasn’t guaranteed to work, but I agreed and paid $15.
After cutting it, the key was cut too deep and now it only works in the door — it does not turn in the ignition at all. The key is basically unusable now.
I understand there can be risks when cutting customer-provided keys, but I expected a professional result or at least proper calibration. Instead, I ended up wasting $15 and a brand new key blank.
Very disappointed with the quality of the cut.

I can’t speak high enough about the level of care, service, and commitment that our tech, Matt S. showed today during my service appointment. We were having issues with our intercom/buzzer in our condo – Matt put in the extra effort to figure out a complex wiring system while being kind and polite to our other neighbors in our condo unit!

He was the only one in the area that had the knowledge to provide service for a Japanese Car. I’m so Thankful for his help. He came to the rescue. He answered the phone and drove almost 2 hours to help my Dad by replacing and programming a new key that was lost in the snow and was never found. I highly recommend this service 👌
