It’s cold and after midnight. Just pumped gas then got back in and car wouldn’t start. I called roadside assistance and they sent a very nice young man. I was surprised to see a pop a lock vehicle. But he was very fast and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Waited for a tech to come unlock my vehicle. I was told 20-30 minutes, I called back after 45 minutes and was told that they were swamped. She told me 20 minutes again, I waited a grand total of roughly 1:45 before cancelling. The whole situation could have been avoided if they had been honest about the fact that they had only 1 tech and didn’t actually have a clue how long it would take to get to me.

We had a great experience with Keys in Motion. Julie installed 3 new locks and rekeyed 3 others then made them all work with one key! She was very professional and thorough. I had 3 keys made at the kiosk in the local Lowe’s. The third key was free after I purchased the first two. None of the keys worked when I got home to try them in the lock. I would not recommend this method of getting keys cut. I know I will never use them again. I will be returning to Lowe’s to request a refund unless this company will do the stand up thing and refund my purchase money immediately. If they do I will give them a favorable review for doing the right thing by their customers in refunding their money when their products do not work correctly.

Had shop keys made , this machine does not work. Inserted key as instructed, spent $11.00 and got 2 keys 1 brass key free. The teeth came out correct but the profile grooves were completely opposite. So, I tried again and had 1 made, $5.00, this time I inserted the key teeth pointing down, opposite of how the display instructed with the same result. So $15.00 and same result. Do not waste your money.
