Brandon was super quick and efficient! Our daughter locked us out of our bedroom door and he was able to come and help us within no time. He was super friendly and respectful. He also was very accommodating for our specific issue. We will definitely use his service if we have problems in the future and will refer him to friends who are in need of a locksmith as well. Just moved into my new place and stopped by J&L Pacific Locksmith to rekey all my locks to match my new Wi-Fi front door lock. Jeremiah was awesome—super friendly and explained the different lock brands and how to make everything work together. He rekeyed five locks to match my Smart Lock, and everything works great. Never going anywhere else! David got me the keys I needed quickly without the numerous return trips and redo’s the other locksmiths take. No price gouging going on, either. They charged me $5 for a key that J&L quoted me $50 for. Highly recommend!

Tim and his wife are two of the kindest business owners in Salem with out a doubt. Advice never comes with a price. Down to earth people. Very humble. In their outgoing telephone message, they explain how they operate. Their main focus is on the people in their shop needing key work. They don’t answer the phone and encourage you to come into the shop if you need things done. It is an old fashoned way to do business and I admire them for it. You can’t get things done in this small business with very limited help if you are on the phone all day. If you leave a message, you might not get a call back but if you go into their shop, you will get first come first served total devotion to your issue for a very reasonable price, lowest in town for sure! Please tip them! They are rare in this day and age of self centered entitled rude customers! Take Tim’s answering machine advice. Stop in the shop. If they aren’t there, know they are buried up to their necks helping people! The people that can’t afford the prices at lock smiths that hire someone to answer the phone all day. When you leave the shop, I guarantee you will be very happy with the money you save showing your patience and forgiveness to two very kind people!!!!!

Bought 9 keys from the kiosk that offered a 50% discount but this didn’t show at checkout. I called the customer assistance number and they only gave me a 25% discount. Keys work but expensive, probably could have gotten cheaper somewhere else

The automated key machine usage was clear and easy. The original key was inserted “firmly” into the machine’s slot. The key was cut and delivered within a minute or so. The key works in the indicated lock, but it “seats” differently than the original – when inserted, it has to be pulled back about a millimeter for it to work.

Locked keys in car with it running. Called AAA. They sent Fox out to help. Technician they sent (Brady, i believe) was very professional, nice and super fast. Unlocked my car in less than 30 seconds.

Needed to make 3 copies of he same key. Instructions were very easy to understand and the keys were made very quickly. I really appreciated the signal that reminded me I had left my original key in the machine. When I got home all three keys worked. This is a much improved process.
