I was over charged. The key replicating machine said they were $4.99 each I purchased 2 Master lock keys which should have been $10.88 with tax. I was charged $12.01. Once I arrived back to check the keys neither of the two, I purchased would unlock my lock……. Update: They sent me a receipt, and it showed where they had applied a Sustainability Surcharge of $0.99 and told me I could have opted out of this at the time of purchase. I don’t remember seeing this. They were kind enough to refund part of the purchase price since two keys did not work and have made a good effort to correct this issue. I have to give they an A for corrective measures. Upgrade to 4 Star.
