Just moved into my new place and stopped by J&L Pacific Locksmith to rekey all my locks to match my new Wi-Fi front door lock. I had problems with my 2004 BMW X5, the remote didn’t work correctly. He came in 25 min , to my house in Westfield, then he reprogrammed my original key , also made me extra key with great service. Total it took him 30 min to get my BMW done ☑️

Brandon was super quick and efficient! Our daughter locked us out of our bedroom door and he was able to come and help us within no time. He was super friendly and respectful. He also was very accommodating for our specific issue. We will definitely use his service if we have problems in the future and will refer him to friends who are in need of a locksmith as well. I lost the only fob I had for my prius so it was basically stranded at work for almost a month. Toyota was going to charge over $600, plus I would had had to pay for a tow since it had to be within their wifi range. Russ was able to come to my place of work and program 2 new fobs in the cold for $100 less. I would highly recommend.

Bill was amazing! We had a Subaru that lost all it’s keys, and had to get another one cut.
He first told us how exactly to get the master key from the dealer, and then went to cut it for us. Things went a little strange with the key, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to rectify the situation and make it right.
He went out in -22 degrees just to take care of us, and was by far the most honorable experience I’ve ever had.
While I hope to never need his services again, if we do, there is no way I’m going anywhere else.
