Called to get someone to help, I’ve asked them if they can do a copy of a certain key and dude mumbled something and said no and then hung up! Trash customer service! Remember there’s plenty of other locksmith out there that have better customer service and attitude then this one! I would of giving zero Stars if it would of let me.

Simple job turned to a $4000 bill. I made a request to open my restaurant door after leaving keys inside. Technician was called out and couldn’t open it. Fiddled with YouTube videos before saying he needs to use other tools. Ends up drilling to remove the lock which means replacing all the locks plus the 4+hrs of “labor” it took for him to fumble around. Afterwards, he xame to me after the job requesting $4000. If I knew that it was going to be that much, I would’ve called someone else. Not a single quote was ever given before hand.

key quality from kiosk is abysmal. Kiosk tried to upsell me a “higher quality” key for an additional cost but I declined as I figured there would be a baseline of a functional key for 11 dollars. Turns out I was wrong, and given that you are immediately sent a text asking if there’s any issues with the key and a 30 second refund process I imagine they absolutely know they’re selling you trash. Don’t even bother.

I was replacing my Subarus key battery when I accidentally lost the tiny RFID security piece. When I couldn’t find it I called Ilan to ask if he could help. He showed up within 2 hours and got to work. After a short time figuring it out, he was able to reprogram my key and even cut me a new backup so this won’t happen again. I would recommend to anyone needing his help and won’t hesitate to work with him again.

I had an excellent experience with Omar and highly recommend his services. He responded promptly on a Sunday evening after my newly installed smart lock (from Amazon) malfunctioned when the internal batteries became dislodged, causing the electronic mechanism to lock.

After a brief phone call, Omar arrived at my home within 35–40 minutes, which was greatly appreciated given that other locksmiths I contacted were unavailable over the weekend. He was professional, patient, and efficient, quickly diagnosing and resolving the issue. He also took the extra step of ensuring the lock was properly secured and functioning correctly to help prevent future malfunctions.

Javier was Awesome! professional, efficient, and friendly. I had an issue with my car keyfob not working. he walked me through some troubleshooting and identified a simple fix without me needing to come in or for him to stop by, no attempt to upcharge. That kind of intention and effort sets them apart from most other businesses out there in my opinion. They actually care about customer service. The attendant who answered the phone (don’t know name) had similar qualities. 5/5!
