They never called back. I left an SMS message with my call back number because their voice-mail was full and I was unable to leave a voice message. I also sent an email and just never heard back. I ended up getting my own keys out of the trunk of my car from watching a YouTube video on how to unlock it without keys. YouTube for the win! Saved me from a lot of trouble. It’s been four days and I’ve still heard nothing from Kingman. Glad I was able to follow video instructions from someone else.

Shawn was awesome getting my keys out of my locked car. It was a Friday evening, after 5pm, 95°. He came over within 15 min (it’s a small town). It was a tough job, I have tinted windows and a couple with sun reflectors on one side and windshield. Using a variety of tools, he didn’t give up and between he and son, they were able to get the keys. Nice guy 😊!!

I drive an old SUV, about 15 years old. This provider arrived within an hour of my call & the job was done in about 30 mins. I got a replacement key AND TWO backup keys. He is personable, efficient & affordable.

Update 12/18/2025: About a month later the key fob fell apart, pictures below. This company uses cheap materials & does not warranty his work. I appreciate that he got me into my car when I needed it, hence the three stars. However, he offered to give me another key but refused to replace the fob without charging me again. I already bought a key from him with no fob. What I want is a working fob. At this point, I don’t trust him or any other locksmith, so I’ll have to go to a Toyota dealership.

Amazing experience the day after Thanksgiving. I visited the store after being turned back at the Canada border because the locks on my trailer wouldn’t open. I explained the situation and my willingness to buy whatever tools might be necessary. They found an economic solution and even worked to get those pesky locks off. I am forever grateful.
