Somehow managed to lock both sets of keys in the truck – with the engine running (!) an hour out of Baker – half of which was up a rough dirt road to elk camp – on a Sunday morning of course. I left a message a got an immediate call back. Steve came right out and rescued us. State Farm picked up the tab. Embarrassed? You bet. Grateful? Better believe it.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!
I may not be describing it properly, but in summary Cliff saved us about $400 by rebuilding the key lock ignition cylinder for our Honda CR-V. We worked with a mechanic who pulled the cylinder assembly out, I then took it to Trask Mountain Lock/Key where within 2 hours and only $75 later, I walked out with a rebuilt ignition key lock and one new programmed key.
Cliff said he could do it and he did it and delivered same-day OUTSTANDING service! We DEFINITELY WILL BE RETURNING CUSTOMERS AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL!
