My key fob was broken, which caused me to lose my key. I called this shop to explain my issue. Instead of trying to get extra money from me, they offered me cheaper options and explained how I could find my key code. When I arrived at their shop, I was greeted nicely and received good service. The price was very reasonable. Overall good experience would come back again in the future.

Darian fixed all issues we were having with two door locks this afternoon,he was very knowledgeable, professional,very friendly and very efficient!!Even our dog Loved him!
He even rekeyed all of our keys!

Fast response (came out within an hour or so of calling), arrived on time and got a key copied and functional in less than 30 min. Professional service and new key works great. Very satisfied with service.

Update: while they did come out quickly, 5 min after they left I did a check of both keys that was more than just quickly start and turn off the car. Check transmission light was now on. They said not a result of their work, but I took to the mechanic (pro auto in sccappoose) and transmission control module programming error code came up that is a known issue with incorrectly programmed keys. Asked to resolve with and have had no meaningful response or resolution. Dissapppointing.

Don is probably one of the nicest people on the planet and one of the last extremely talented locksmiths. we were tired of using 3 different keys for 3 different locks at our house – Don took 15 minutes and reprogrammed all of our locks to use one single key (no need to replace our locks – just make them accept the same key). Great price, great service, extremely nice interaction. Oregon City still has many of these small shops with cool old school owners – I’m going to support them as much as I can. Thank you!

I brought in the front door lock – in pieces – that our house painter had disassembled, asking 1) how to reassemble it, 2) can it be cleaned, and 3) can it be replaced. The locksmith gave excellent answers to each question, giving me clear instructions, and lubricated the lock (which is all it needed) for free. I’ve trusted Davis Lock & Safe for decades, and have always been delighted with the results.

Lar came as planned on time and very friendly/professional. He rekeyed all my doors and even installed a sliding door lock so my doggy door set up is secure. A service like no other phenomenal customer service skills very experienced locksmith i had a major that most company would have turned me away pointing me to go the dealership they didn’t do that they went above and beyond to satisfy my service needs am amazed by their work ethics and do recommend them also the pricing compared to the dealership is a year and day difference! Never going anywhere else! David got me the keys I needed quickly without the numerous return trips and redo’s the other locksmiths take. No price gouging going on, either. They charged me $5 for a key that J&L quoted me $50 for. Highly recommend!

Crummy customer service and didn’t even want to attempt to help me. Instead made me sit around for a half hour and then asked me if I would prefer to make an appointment. I will probably never do business with this company again.
