The above review is because owner Reuben stood over my shoulder and told me to write what I did above.
The truth is, the process was uncomfortable and took extra long, and it seemed like he kept me there longer than necessary because he wanted to chat.
He overcharged for the keys.

Then when I got home, only 2 of the 5 key copies worked! I’m not sure what he did that some keys worked and others didn’t. But I paid for 5 keys and now I have 2.

My advice would be to go elsewhere

I had a great experience with this locksmith. The first time he came out, he fixed my door quickly and explained everything clearly. When the issue ended up happening again later on, he didn’t ignore it or brush it off. He came back out and made sure it was properly fixed the second time. Called Anderson Lock & Safe to pick up a 850-pound safe we had just bought at Turner’s and they promptly picked it up and brought it out to our house. Mitch and Gavin were careful not to damage our tile floor and did not ding up any corners or door frames. Even on a very tricky hallway corner they moved that huge safe with care. Great job guys.
