The first time I used Key Me I said yes to the extra smoothing of the keys option which was a mistake and the keys did not work since the key came out nearly flat with no raise spots to lift the pins in the lock. Relied to message from Key Me and refund issued immediately.

Went to other key places and they provided incorrect keys that would not fit in the lock at all.

Gave Key Me a second chance and my key was not available in the machine and it would have to be mailed to me.

Third time to same machine and keys were available. I did not use the upgrade option to smooth the key out and this time the keys work perfectly.

Sucess keys work!

Great service thru text when keys did not work and was the only place (machine in Safeway) that provided keys that would fit in my lock.

Fast, kind, knowledgeable. My car key broke off from the fob and Lowes couldn’t help. I walked in and literally minutes later I was back on the road. Cheaper than Lowes and Ace. Small, local, clean. 10/10 this will be where I get all my keys from now. Thanks!

Absolute scam. Called because of the local business listing. Their “service member” called and said they would be there in 25 min. No questions, no quote, nothing. Showed up almost an hour later and said they were going to drill the lock out. Told them no way, I wouldn’t have had them come out if that’s what they were going to do. They than banged on the knob with a skeleton key of sorts and got it to open. They were there less than 5 minutes, and then tried to charge me $500. This service is an absolute scam, along with all of the other “local” lock smithing services that pop up on maps… be careful.
