Fast response (came out within an hour or so of calling), arrived on time and got a key copied and functional in less than 30 min. Professional service and new key works great. Very satisfied with service.

Update: while they did come out quickly, 5 min after they left I did a check of both keys that was more than just quickly start and turn off the car. Check transmission light was now on. They said not a result of their work, but I took to the mechanic (pro auto in sccappoose) and transmission control module programming error code came up that is a known issue with incorrectly programmed keys. Asked to resolve with and have had no meaningful response or resolution. Dissapppointing.

I had an excellent experience with Omar and highly recommend his services. He responded promptly on a Sunday evening after my newly installed smart lock (from Amazon) malfunctioned when the internal batteries became dislodged, causing the electronic mechanism to lock.

After a brief phone call, Omar arrived at my home within 35–40 minutes, which was greatly appreciated given that other locksmiths I contacted were unavailable over the weekend. He was professional, patient, and efficient, quickly diagnosing and resolving the issue. He also took the extra step of ensuring the lock was properly secured and functioning correctly to help prevent future malfunctions.

Omar’s responsiveness, expertise, and attention to detail made a stressful situation much easier. I would not hesitate to use his services again and would confidently recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable locksmith.

Javier was Awesome! professional, efficient, and friendly. I had an issue with my car keyfob not working. he walked me through some troubleshooting and identified a simple fix without me needing to come in or for him to stop by, no attempt to upcharge. That kind of intention and effort sets them apart from most other businesses out there in my opinion. They actually care about customer service. The attendant who answered the phone (don’t know name) had similar qualities. 5/5!

Craig is awesome! I have a difficult and complicated ECU but instead of saying no, he did some research and found a way to do it. Pricing is very good. Flexible with time. 2 day turn around for me.

This place is great. I’ve had a couple car keys and fobs (mostly toyota) done here over the years and they always do me right. Good product, good service, good price. Can’t recommend enough.

I called AMax after a locksmith from another company kept me waiting for hours with promises of ‘be there in 20 minutes’. At first Amax said they were totally booked up but a short while later I got a call that they could be here in 15 minutes to help me get into my home where my special needs pet was waiting. I’m so grateful for their kindness and for their service. Reasonable price and top notch customer service. Highly recommend.

I brought in the front door lock – in pieces – that our house painter had disassembled, asking 1) how to reassemble it, 2) can it be cleaned, and 3) can it be replaced. We locked ourselves out on new years day and called this business for help. Emanuel was lovely to work with. He got here in 15 minutes and was even kind enough to answer questions about what he was doing to get the lock open as he worked. The price was even solid for new years day ($199 total).
