LET ME JUST TELL YOU THIS! My fiancé and I went to Jason with a frustrating situation. Our key to the truck was messed up and irritating the life out of us.
Between the professionalism of this business and the chairs in their waiting room area…I could have stay there all day. But they are quick and great! Joey, Virginia and Chris were awesome! I loved the dog too! We will be back next time we have issues.

The owner was extremely rude and rather ugly. I was in a desperate situation that involved a child and he would not do a thing to help. In fact, when I was attempting to validate my situation, he, what seemed like to me, just wouldn’t help out of stubbornness. I have never left a review before, on any business, but the way he treated me was next level.

Emergency situations happen. Called very rude man answered the phone. I explained he had spoke with my son a few moments earlier and I needed to find out what information he needed he tells me and I send it. Says it will be some time this morning he will call you when on the way. This is 8 am. 12 pm called back he is even more rude tells me the tech is back but busy and he will call me and hung up without letting me say a word. I called my son to call him since apparently he has a problem with a women. They tell him waiting on key code from manufacturer, very understandable. 4pm tech calls says he’s on the way. We meet him out there which is in the country at a ride park. My friend had to be air lifted and my keys were lost in the total chaos. He is programming car and it doesn’t work, turns out the rude man that answers the phone is sick and gave him the wrong key. So he states be back tomorrow. Mind you I need this car to go to the hospital. Next day still can’t get it to work. Going to do research and come back in the morning. 1 pm next day and nothing from Roman’s. I called and rude man states they never have this much problem with a Nissan and that he can try to come out tomorrow. Done. Never use again and highly do not recommend.

I had 3 keys made however, they don’t work. I’m not sure if it’s because they are new and need to be buffed out a little or what. It takes too much jiggling and pulling the key out to be worried with.

Bought a big purchase today from Mrs. Helen who works in seasons. She was very helpful. It saddens me when her Commission is a cheesy star. I can tell she’s a wonderful saleswoman by the stars she have and her help to us. Lowe’s learn to appreciate your workers with more than a star. I know your sales bonuses look good at the end of the quarter. Without people like Mrs. Helen where would you be. Ungrateful! She works at the Lowe’s in Sumter.

I was a little concerned with me making a key with this machine at first. But to my surprise the machine done an excellent job at not only making one key but three perfectly! Yes! I made the unfortunate mistake of locking both pairs of my keys in my car and after unsuccessfully trying to get them our, I called Marvin. With minutes of arriving, my car was unlocked and I was able to get my keys. Plus his rates won’t make you take out a mortgage like a lot of other places do just to pay. Excellent service and very professional
