Absolutely unbelievable service. I locked my keys in the car in a parking lot and saw the van parked nearby. I asked the driver if he unlocked cars and he said he did and got me in within 5 minutes of meeting him. Very reasonable price, friendly, I will call him first the next time something like this happens.

I really appreciate the people that work here. They’re really fast at what they do, and very nice. I went in to have both my fobs replaced, and instead they repaired both of them for me at a much better price.They didn’t have to do that. They could’ve just gave me new ones to make more money, but they didn’t.

Had lost my keys and needed some new ones. Johnny came on a Sunday and got it done quickly and efficiently. As well as where other places were quoting me $500-$800 to flash a chip on my cars ECU. Johnny did it for $200 and even threw in an extra key for me. Would highly recommend giving Johnny a call if you want reliable and affordable service.

I was very surprised and pleased to receive my key. When I put it into my truck’s ignition, it worked perfectly and started right up with no problem. Thanks ever so much. Now have a back up key that work like the original.

Ignition lock in my 2008 Honda Fit stopped working and my car was stuck at the Springfield Winco parking lot at 4pm. After calling another locksmith who would cut me a new key for $175 to see if that might work (no guarantee!) a local mechanic recommended I call Heyman’s. I got my car towed over to Heyman’s and Jason said he would work on the ignition the next morning. Sure enough I got a call from Jason at about 10am and the ignition lock was fixed and I didn’t need new keys! Total repair cost was only $85!!! Kendall Honda quoted me $825 plus a locksmith fee to rekey it….thank you Jason and Heyman…you have my business for life!!!

Keys were 10 bucks per copy and they have this weird feature where they ask if you want to upgrade to their special premium cut that will make the key work noticeably better for an extra 3 bucks. Call me crazy but i feel like that should already be part of the basic product. Like, the key should already work really well if it’s a product worth buying and a company with integrity. I work in a restaurant and so imagine how funky that would be if i asked customers, “do you want the food to taste good? Yeah? That’ll be an extra five dollars”

I went with the standard option and the key worked well so its not a big deal though

2 stars for convenience – and key was fine – but pricing is deceptive. I asked for and received a basic brass key and per the screen the key was $9.99 but when my receipt was sent to my cellphone I was charged $10.98 with no explanation of what the additional charge is for (nor do you receive a detailed receipt). I would not recommend using any of these automated key kiosks – go to a hardware store. The kiosk also wants to charge additional $$ to buff your key – that is a rip off. If convenience is utmost then use the kiosk – but let the buyer beware.

It is insane to charge 10.99 to make one brass key. If you cancel your order after seeing the price, they will offer you something like 3.00 off. 6.99 to make a key is still insane, and they add $1 fee for some reason, so even with the discount it’s 7.99 for 1 key. If you have time, I’d go to a local hardware store or Home Depot instead.

The kiosk was easy enough to use. However, none of the keys I cut actually lock or unlock my door without some level of difficulty. One of them broke off in my deadbolt lock this morning. The keys with painted designs on them appear to be low quality and I would recommend just getting brass ones.
