Very professional and knows what he’s doing. Was able to program and cut the key for the fob on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We’ve used him for years for a variety of different locks / keys etc.

It’s either the owner or a worker of the establishment that smokes a lot on their porch. I take the 8 bus all the time, which is directly in front of their establishment. It’s not even off-set. He will blow his smoke on me. I have to try to stand to the side of the bus stop and hope I don’t miss the bus to wave at it, since I can’t stand directly next to the bus stop. I can’t begin to express how infuriating this is for me! I’ve had my nice winter jackets drenched in the smell of smoke because of this worker. My grandpa died of secondhand smoking, so I am extremely cautious of this. Your vice doesn’t have to be mine. If people are at the bus stop, please don’t be smoking on your porch. Be cognisent of the direction your smoke is traveling. I don’t want it on my clothes or hair. It’s unwelcoming, and I will never spend money with you because of it. This has happened on so many occasions. Just because you can smoke on your porch, doesn’t mean you should. It technically is your porch, but it’s such bad manners. Enough is enough!

They came out quickly. Did the job quickly. Pricing was very affordable, especially since I was not the closest person they’ve probably ever helped out. I was all the way up in Brighton. But they were there in about 35 minutes even in the snow. Got me back in my car. Cut my spare key to match the key that was locked in the car. Super friendly. I’d use them again.
