I called Jesse on a Saturday. Even though he was out of town, he answered immediately, asked for photos of my “broken” doorknob, and then spent at least 15 minutes guiding me through the process of fixing it. He did this for free and, as he said, so he wouldn’t have to charge me for a service call! Which I would have been happy to pay for because despite watching three videos and searching the vendor site, I could not figure this out until Jesse very kindly and thoroughly walked me through the steps. He is amazing. My second experience with him over a couple of years, and both yielded stellar service.

Was spending the day in Newport, ended up losing my keys on the beach. Even being on Saturday Harvey’s came to the rescue! Service was above and beyond my expectations. Had the Durango unlocked super fast- and then took me to the dealership to get the PIN for a new key (fortunately I still had my wallet/ID).
Not only that, but he rebuilt my super stubborn ignition key cylinder, which has been perfect ever since! Price was very reasonable, actually a lot less than I expected, especially being on a weekend and me being three+ hours from home.
I absolutely recommend this locksmith!

I called around and this guy had the most reasonable prices for making a duplicate automotive key. He use the key code from Toyota. He went be on the call of duty, and help me free up a passenger door walk that was stuck. Plenty of parking as it’s at the Fred Meyer gas station parking lot complex. You can’t miss him. He’s right across the street from McDonald’s. Jesse is a nice guy to boot. I do not know the man personally this is not a paid endorsement as I am from New Mexico and just traveling through.

This company sucks… We got locked out of the truck and we called them to request the service they suggested an ahead payment for the service and said they were gonna meet us in 30 minutes and we were waiting and waiting until I called them back and they said that they were not available… So you guys get paid for the service that we don’t even get?
Just be careful because you are going to be stuck forever… This is disappointing because they didn’t even communicated to us that they were not coming to fix the issue that we paid advanced… Terrible service
