Raymond is the BEST! I hired him under the pretence of just switching out my smart lock and what started as one task devolved into him fixing everything that has to do with my home security. He ran multiple errands to home depot and didn’t try to rush the process and made sure that I was able to practice all the smart systems before moving on to anything else. I needed a doorknob replaced for my front door and these guys took great care of me. I called late in the day and they sent someone over within the hour. Tony was professional and pleasant. He gave me an estimate, left to retrieve the parts, and installed a new doorknob on my front door. Its working properly and I would definitely use these guys again!

This 5 star rating started with the very first thing—the phone call! From the very instant a woman answered and was very pleasant to talk with, She was very nice and I enjoyed our visit. Then 2 days later our technician Shane called and dropped by to take care of our needs. He was very nice , knew his work and we were pleased he came by. Called Best Locksmith yesterday and they were able to get someone out that same afternoon. The service was really great from start to finish. Ian handled the re-keying at my house and he was so friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He talked me through what actually needed to be done, explained everything clearly, and made solid recommendations without being pushy or “salesmen like”. He also called about 30 minutes before arriving, showed up right on time, and had everything finished in about an hour and a half. 100% recommend them to anyone needing a locksmith in the Frisco area.
