It was 95 degrees in July with an incoming thunderstorm when I realized the keys to my bike lock fell off my lanyard at some point while riding. So I was trapped at work and struggling to find a locksmith that would even entertain coming to help me out–most said opening a bike lock wasn’t their thing.

Finally, Peter called me back from Cheshire Locksmith and said he could come out this afternoon and take a look. At that point, I just asked him to cut through it so I could get on with my life lol. Peter safely cut through the lock within just a few minutes, made it easy, and was a pleasure to work with.

Highly recommended, in my case they helped me out when no one else would, and I appreciate it!

This weekend I lost my keychain. On that keychain was my wallet and my only car key. I was extremely stressed out until I called. He gave me a price over the phone and told me I’d have a new key within the next couple of hours. He was extremely nice and even helped me shovel my car out of the snow. During the process he made me feel comfortable and walked me through the steps as he was doing it. I recommend this company 100%. He’s very reliable and the price was reasonable for the amazing service I received.

Great customer service! Had 2 keys made. They had just opened and the phones were ringing and associate had customers but that didn’t change his postive disiminer. Very rare to get same day service on anything , much less a complicated triple latch special order Andersen French door . United came only a couple hours after I called ; came with a smile and did not charge any rush fees. I give them 5 stars and already planning my next project with them.
