They never called back. I left an SMS message with my call back number because their voice-mail was full and I was unable to leave a voice message. I also sent an email and just never heard back. I ended up getting my own keys out of the trunk of my car from watching a YouTube video on how to unlock it without keys. YouTube for the win! Saved me from a lot of trouble. It’s been four days and I’ve still heard nothing from Kingman. Glad I was able to follow video instructions from someone else.

Fantastic work. We lost our only key to our one vehicle, completely. GM wanted a fortune and would need us to tow the vehicle there. Ben’s Lock & Key did their work at our home for a fraction of the price. Brand new key and programmed to our vehicle. The technician, Tengiz, was very nice and professional and worked very quickly and ensured multiple times that our new key works properly. I highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars. Called around a couple different places needed to have the key reprogrammed and the original immobilizer module, technician not only came out once but twice until issue was resolved. Great communication and kept us informed on at every step, very fair pricing I didn’t even have to pay for the first look only on completion! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking and will use them in the future

We had a bad experience with another locksmith company. Tom was patient and listened to our story. He was professional, direct, and coordinated a service appointment within the hour. Donald, our tech, worked diligently and served our home with care and great attention to detail. We are satisfied with the work but more appreciative of the time and attention they showed our family.
