Brandon was super quick and efficient! Our daughter locked us out of our bedroom door and he was able to come and help us within no time. He was super friendly and respectful. He also was very accommodating for our specific issue. We will definitely use his service if we have problems in the future and will refer him to friends who are in need of a locksmith as well. Bill was amazing! We had a Subaru that lost all it’s keys, and had to get another one cut.
He first told us how exactly to get the master key from the dealer, and then went to cut it for us. Things went a little strange with the key, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to rectify the situation and make it right.
He went out in -22 degrees just to take care of us, and was by far the most honorable experience I’ve ever had.
While I hope to never need his services again, if we do, there is no way I’m going anywhere else.

This place is outstanding. I came in with old and unusual tool box keys to have duplicated. The gentleman behind the counter was unbelievably patient and found the correct key blanks. The new keys worked great and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Swanson and Sons for all your locksmith needs.

Lar came as planned on time and very friendly/professional. He rekeyed all my doors and even installed a sliding door lock so my doggy door set up is secure. I had an excellent experience with Omar and highly recommend his services. He responded promptly on a Sunday evening after my newly installed smart lock (from Amazon) malfunctioned when the internal batteries became dislodged, causing the electronic mechanism to lock.

After a brief phone call, Omar arrived at my home within 35–40 minutes, which was greatly appreciated given that other locksmiths I contacted were unavailable over the weekend. He was professional, patient, and efficient, quickly diagnosing and resolving the issue. He also took the extra step of ensuring the lock was properly secured and functioning correctly to help prevent future malfunctions.

A service like no other phenomenal customer service skills very experienced locksmith i had a major that most company would have turned me away pointing me to go the dealership they didn’t do that they went above and beyond to satisfy my service needs am amazed by their work ethics and do recommend them also the pricing compared to the dealership is a year and day difference! Ignition lock in my 2008 Honda Fit stopped working and my car was stuck at the Springfield Winco parking lot at 4pm. After calling another locksmith who would cut me a new key for $175 to see if that might work (no guarantee!) a local mechanic recommended I call Heyman’s. I got my car towed over to Heyman’s and Jason said he would work on the ignition the next morning. Sure enough I got a call from Jason at about 10am and the ignition lock was fixed and I didn’t need new keys! Total repair cost was only $85!!! Kendall Honda quoted me $825 plus a locksmith fee to rekey it….thank you Jason and Heyman…you have my business for life!!!
