I’ve been going to Brooks’s Huntsville location for years, stopped in at the Decatur location for the first time and as always they provided five-star service! Just needed a couple blanks cut and they had me out of there in 5 minutes. Thank you as always!

Wow! It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered high quality customer service like this at BLK. I called ahead to make sure they were open and accepted walk-ins. Ryler answered the phone after the first ring. I told him what my problem was (the best I could. I suck at all things hardware) he answered my question but added he’d need to see the item to be 100% sure. I appreciated that. I asked when I could come by the store, he said someone would always be there from 8AM – 4PM. What?! Shocking, right? I pulled up and there was no waiting. He fixed my problem and within minutes. I had prepared my self to pay at least $50. I know how expensive things are nowadays and this is a business. He told me not to worry about it. Say what?!!! Those are words I never hear anymore.

I’m done going to Home Depot and Loews for anything key or lock related. For me it’s Brooks. It looks as if Brooks has wide selection of all-things-locks to sell too.
