I wanna say these guys are the best!!
We were on a family vacation and lost our key to our truck. We went to the dealership in town and we were told that our key would have to be ordered and they did not have one available. I called Cooneys. Jan answered the phone was super friendly and hooked us up. Needless to say this was after business hours. She was extremely hospitable . Scott came out programmed the key, and got us on the road quickly. We were even charged less than what we were quoted .Thanks a lot for your help Scott. Really appreciate it.

Brandon was super quick and efficient! Our daughter locked us out of our bedroom door and he was able to come and help us within no time. He was super friendly and respectful. He also was very accommodating for our specific issue. We will definitely use his service if we have problems in the future and will refer him to friends who are in need of a locksmith as well. Shawn was awesome getting my keys out of my locked car. It was a Friday evening, after 5pm, 95°. He came over within 15 min (it’s a small town). It was a tough job, I have tinted windows and a couple with sun reflectors on one side and windshield. Using a variety of tools, he didn’t give up and between he and son, they were able to get the keys. Nice guy 😊!!

My key fob was broken, which caused me to lose my key. I called this shop to explain my issue. Instead of trying to get extra money from me, they offered me cheaper options and explained how I could find my key code. When I arrived at their shop, I was greeted nicely and received good service. The price was very reasonable. Overall good experience would come back again in the future.

We locked ourselves out on new years day and called this business for help. Emanuel was lovely to work with. He got here in 15 minutes and was even kind enough to answer questions about what he was doing to get the lock open as he worked. The price was even solid for new years day ($199 total). Javier was Awesome! professional, efficient, and friendly. I had an issue with my car keyfob not working. he walked me through some troubleshooting and identified a simple fix without me needing to come in or for him to stop by, no attempt to upcharge. That kind of intention and effort sets them apart from most other businesses out there in my opinion. They actually care about customer service. The attendant who answered the phone (don’t know name) had similar qualities. 5/5!
