It took a matter of 5 mins to make 3 keys from start to finish…I suggest instructions should be posted on the machine for customers to review before starting the process, this would make the process go more smoothly…also suggest that some sort of file could be attached to the machine to prevent an injury to the customers i.e. very sharp edges where the teeth are…other than that I would use this type of machine again…also liked buy 2 and get the 3rd one free….great perk.

Hugo’s installed 8 new hardware sets at our recently renovated mid-century modern home in MIdland. They helped me select and order the appropriate door knobs, locks, and deadbolts and provide all-new keying. I enjoyed working with Dustin and Jim. They came through with everyting they said they would in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. They provided great service and I will gladly go back to them for more when the time comes!

I made a duplicate of my key at Key Me! This Key worked for my home. Having a Key Me at a grocery store made it convenient for me to get a copy of my key. I also loved that I could get designed keys. Got me a Detroit Lions one to represent Home. Thanks Key Me!

I really appreciate David of Minute Key. I was truly in a bind. I had just purchased a used car, and I lost the one key I had to it. But David made time for me, coming out to my home and diligently working on my car in order to procure a new key for me. When the time came to pay for his services, I had difficulties with my credit card, and David even showed trust in me by permitting me to give him the fee at a later date. Excellent customer service, and I cannot say thank you enough for him!
