Jake from Alpine Lock replaced an old lock and key with a keypad locking system on our front entry door. This was a complicated installation and Jake handled it with ease. Jake arrived on time and installed the upgrade with skill and professionalism. And it was $300 less than the original quote which was awesome! He also recommended High Sierra Custom Door to fix a weather stripping issue on the front door which was a high priority for us. Thank you Jake we love the new keypad on our front door it’s a real game changer!

Wow, talk about inconsiderate and horrible customer service. This is supposed to be a 24 hour Service place and after 15 minutes I called back to make sure they had my right information because it was late at night and I felt unsafe and they had the audacity to tell me that go ahead and find my own locksmith. Do better and hire better customer service. that actually respect people and treat people like human beings instead of like if they don’t matter. Shame on you.

Amy is the best! I dropped by with my key fob that had exploded into tiny pieces after dropping them and she was able to fix it no problem! Alpine Lock and Safe is lucky to have such competent and kind staff on board- give this woman some praise (and a raise!). Thanks Amy!

I had problem with my car key to start it. He quickly identified the issue, and fixed it with no problem. He was so patient, nice and efficient, definitely recommended!
