I brought in the front door lock – in pieces – that our house painter had disassembled, asking 1) how to reassemble it, 2) can it be cleaned, and 3) can it be replaced. The locksmith gave excellent answers to each question, giving me clear instructions, and lubricated the lock (which is all it needed) for free. I’ve trusted Davis Lock & Safe for decades, and have always been delighted with the results.

Highly recommended. I called with a lost key situation knowing getting my classic car rekeyed would be in the hundreds as another locksmith had warned me and he couldn’t do it. A Better Deal as very patient and very cost concerned for me and it only took him a few minutes to solve the problem and hand me new keys for a few bucks.

Javier was Awesome! professional, efficient, and friendly. I had an issue with my car keyfob not working. he walked me through some troubleshooting and identified a simple fix without me needing to come in or for him to stop by, no attempt to upcharge. That kind of intention and effort sets them apart from most other businesses out there in my opinion. They actually care about customer service. The attendant who answered the phone (don’t know name) had similar qualities. 5/5!
