I’ve never had an issue with these guys before, but this time was much different. We needed a key made for a 2011 HHR. The technician struggled heavily to take apart a driver door while 2 others watched. These men were so incompetent, they ended up braking the driver side door handle(on the inside) while trying to remove the the inner door cover. After a couple hours of struggling, the technician finally got help from an entirely different company and was able to successfully copy the key. The technician then had the gull to hand over a $20 dollar bill for the broken handle and say “use this to get it fixed”, then continues on to say they are now owed $200 for the service.

This company should be responsible for fixing and paying for the inside door handle to be replaced and installed by a professional.. Im very disappointed with how they took advantage of a woman who was alone and in need. Someone at the company needs to make this right for this single, hard working mother you took advantage of.
