Another huge win for Allen TX and surrounding areas. I needed a door knob and lock fixed. The tech arrived in 20 minutes and fixed in a few minutes. Price was great.

Great experience from start to finish. I was locked out after losing my key, and he responded right away. Very professional, patient, and helpful. He also pointed out a security issue and changed an additional lock, which gave me peace of mind.

Scott came all the way out to Sayre and cut and programmed a new key for my son. The Ford house and another outfit tried and couldn’t do it and Scott got it done. He went above and beyond and I’m a customer for life. I highly recommend him!

Horrible experience, I would not recommend. I got locked out my car on the side of the road. I called the KeyMe, had a tech reach out to me he said he would be 25 minutes. 20 minutes later he called again said he would be 20 minutes. Nearly an hour later I call the main office because the tech still hadn’t showed, they said they would get in touch with the tech. 30 minutes later some guy shows up saying that he was a replacement for the original tech who never showed and he was with a different company. I called KeyMe back and they said they had no idea who he was and they hadn’t sent an additional tech. At this point I decided to go with a different Locksmith Company. The original company then called me back saying oh wait yes we did send another tech and they just forgot he was a part of a sub company that they worked with. And this was after nearly two hours of waiting. Just go with a different Smith, it may cost a bit more but worth not dealing with these people. If I could give zero starts I would.
