Title: Exceptional Integrity and “Old School” Service!
I cannot recommend Santee Lock & More highly enough. I reached out after inheriting a safe with no combination in a business space I was renting. While the original manufacturer was rude and completely unhelpful, Brian went above and beyond from the very first call.
He spent hours researching solutions, all while being genuinely concerned about the potential cost to me—a level of care you rarely see today. Brian eventually managed to track down two 15-year-old codes from the company. Because of their age, the company didn’t even charge him, and in an incredible act of honesty, Brian passed that information (and his time) on to me for free.
One of those codes worked! Brian saved me over $250 in safe-cracking fees plus hundreds in his time and hours of frustration. In an era where it feels like everything is just “money, money, money,” Brian’s selflessness and professional ethics are a breath of fresh air. I needed to make copies of my house keys and ran across the kiosk at Giant Eagle. I found the process to be quick and easy. The machine scans your key and cuts a new key. I was even asked to save the keys to my account allowing me to make copies of them in the future without the need of having a key with me! I checked the new keys against the originals and they were a match. I tried the new keys at home and they worked perfectly. The price was about $8 per key which is probably higher than dealing with the big box hardware stores, but the convenience of the machine saved me the extra trip and time to hunt down a person to operate the key machine.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by this company. Nick, the technician, arrived early at my house, which was a bonus, and was able to create and program a duplicate for my lost OEM car key in 15 minutes on site. He was polite and very respectful of both myself and my property. I initially spoke with Jim the owner who delivered on his assurance of delivery of a brand new cut and programmed key because I had never used a mobile sevice before. They worked seamlessly with my AAA with no problems whatsoever so I could receive my full discount. I would highly recommend this company for an affordable and convenient option for replacement of lost keys. Skip the trip to the dealer, the high price, the wait time, and give them a call!

Very quick and convenient. All of the new keys worked as they should. Nice selection of novelty keys, and in my case, I got a free (basic) key when buying a certain amount.
