Evan was awesome! Excellent customer service & scheduled for the same day. Came out to my car and gave me two whole new keys for a better price than anywhere else in the area (Massillon/canton), and was quick! I would highly recommend!

Never again. Called and got in touch with their “technician”. Was quoted a price of $100-$130 just to come open the door of my van. When they did get here at the scheduled time, the guy tried to tell me it would be $275 to open the door. Thankfully I had a text quote from them and told him it was that price or he could leave. Then he tried to say “ok, $200” Again, nope. If not going to honor the price given, leave. Called his “dispatch” and tried to get them to do something about it, but she said sometimes the “company” gives the price and she didn’t have it. He finally said “ok, $130”, and that’s what I paid. He also told me if they had told him that price he would have driven out for such a small amount. Not my fault. Maybe stop using shady 3rd party companies.
