Tyler did a wonderful job he was very respectful and polite. He communicated with me throughout the process. I have lived in my home for over 25 years and we have never had front door keys do to being a Victorian home and the previous owners never left them. The cost was reasonable for a call to come to home and make 4 keys.

I cannot say enough good things about this key shop! I came in with multiple bundles of keys that were completely unorganized and needed help creating a system that would actually work. I needed several copies made, wanted the keys arranged by priority on one master ring, and needed each key stamped so we could easily identify what it belongs to without relying on tags that fall off or color coding that just isn’t practical for our situation.
From the very beginning, they were incredibly patient, kind, and willing to work through all of the details with me. They took the time to understand exactly what I was trying to accomplish and helped turn what felt like a key-management nightmare into something simple and organized.
They were upfront and honest about what to expect from the stamping, but they absolutely exceeded my expectations. Every key turned out exceptionally well, the markings are clear and easy to read, and the finished key ring looks fantastic. You can tell they put real care and effort into making everything as neat, organized, and functional as possible.
What I walked in with was a chaotic pile of keys. What I walked out with was a beautifully organized key system that makes identifying and using keys effortless. Something as simple as unlocking doors used to be frustrating and time-consuming, and now it’s quick and easy.
Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, patience, and customer service were outstanding. If you need help with key copies, organization, labeling, or even a complicated project with lots of moving parts, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommended!

Needed a new key and key fob for our Toyota, Tundra. Priced them at the Toyota dealership and then checked here. Nice business people were helpful. They made the key ordered the fob and programmed it to the truck. Saved us a good amount of money.

Needed 1 key, CHARGED for 2 PLUS an additional $5, don’t know what for.. When getting a key made, the first attempt failed and kiosk said “refund issued”. The second attempt was successful. While I was cleaning the new key, a second key was produced. Only 1 key worked! IT DOESN’T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!

They are very polite, upfront and efficient. I came in with a key fob with no buttons. They allowed me to bring in a keyfob that I bought online and they programmed it and cut it for me..very professional. They have lots of business. People seem to be coming into the store every 3 or 4 minutes…and you still get fast service. I did price comparisons with at least 10 other surrounding locksmiths…best price. I went into 2 stores .. Southgate lock and security have the best customer service

I was skeptical about the automated locksmith. They had a deal running for buy 2 get 1 free so I bought 3 keys – 2 brass, 1 with a design. Input your phone number for your receipt, it may be useful. Keys are a bit overpriced, but within fair price range
Took about 8 minutes for 3 keys to be made
Got home, the brass keys work better than the original, but the design key wouldn’t turn the lock.
Checked my receipt on my phone, informed them one of my keys didn’t work, they instantly refunded me.
Customer service was exceptional, and 2/3 keys work very very well. Maybe be weary of the keys with designs on them
