Evan was awesome! Excellent customer service & scheduled for the same day. Came out to my car and gave me two whole new keys for a better price than anywhere else in the area (Massillon/canton), and was quick! I would highly recommend!

Wish I could give no stars! Called for help guy acted as if a paying customer was an inconvenience to his day. Locked my keys in my car I understand it’s a me problem but when someone calls for help in Sub below temperatures and they’re stuck outside you would think you would be more kind. Fyi he only takes cash

We called Nancy and she answered right away, got here the same day, did an amazing job in a short time and was very reasonably priced. Nancy is also great with communication and holding conversations with her customers! We will definitely use her again if needed!

Very prompt – they came quickly and were kind. Easy to work with. Definitely ask for pricing before they come. They charged me over $400 for opening and reinstalling a pantry door handle which took them only 10 mins.

I’ve never had to use a locksmith before but I called in a panic just a few minutes before they closed and the receptionist Debbie and the locksmith were so kind, understanding and professional. They came instantly and helped me quickly. Fantastic service!

Kiosk was easy to use and worked great, just wished it had a tap to pay option so I didn’t have to run all the way back home to get my card. Either way the 3 keys I had cut all work flawlessly and honestly even better than the original key. Would definitely use this again when I need keys. It has an option to store your key pattern in their database in case you lose your keys, you can just go up to the kiosk and have them cut without a master key. I didn’t use it because I’m paranoid but thought it was neat lol

They ask for your phone number for a receipt, but they’re really just collecting your data so they can sell it and then pester you to leave a good review. Oh and they try to get you to pay more for a clean cut. Come on, that means you’re purposely giving people shoddy work just so you can upsell them.
