I am extremely happy with the service provided by this company. Nick, the technician, arrived early at my house, which was a bonus, and was able to create and program a duplicate for my lost OEM car key in 15 minutes on site. He was polite and very respectful of both myself and my property. I initially spoke with Jim the owner who delivered on his assurance of delivery of a brand new cut and programmed key because I had never used a mobile sevice before. They worked seamlessly with my AAA with no problems whatsoever so I could receive my full discount. I would highly recommend this company for an affordable and convenient option for replacement of lost keys. Skip the trip to the dealer, the high price, the wait time, and give them a call!

Dean is a fantastic local, mobile locksmith. You won’t find a better guy. He truly knows his craft and has been doing this for over 50 years.
I called him while he was in Tustin and I was heading to Irvine, so we met up at El Pollo Loco. He actually removed the lock and custom-made my key by hand using a file, it was incredible to watch. The key was a special type that didn’t even have a standard blank available, but he made it work perfectly.
If you need a locksmith, it’s a no-brainer, call Dean. You can meet him somewhere convenient or have him come to you. He’ll take care of whatever you need.

I paid for 3 keys. None of them worked, I looked for a phone number to call so I could get my money back. This key transaction was crucial to a transaction that I needed them for. I was definitely disappointed. I live out of town so I couldn’t come back the next day to try to fix this situation.

Unfortunately , our experience with this company was extremely negative. We were quoted $220 to have Locksmith cut ONE key and program. The technician was a nice enough guy, but there was a language barrier. Instead of cutting ONE key he cut 2 and charged $505.00. We told them we only wanted ONE key at the price we were quoted. They refused to honor their quote. What makes it worse the second key doesn’t even work. Adding salt to the wound, they broke our key assembly. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE, WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM.

Sean was so kind and helpful with replacing my key that I lost in September. He had mentioned if I ever had issues with key to contact him, I ended up having an issue with my key, and he immediately wanted to assist and help me. My car key (key to ignition & remote) started to malfunction and lock/unlock my car randomly without touching it. At the Honda dealership, they quoted me $390 just to get just one replacement that included cutting and programming.

After getting a suggestion from some locals to go here, I called the number printed on the window at his shop and Andy was quick to respond. He said he could repair my key for $45, and I decided to also get a copy made for $195 since I needed a backup anyways. After about 35-40 min, he fixed both my key and made a duplicate! They both work well for manual key ignition and remote.

I would definitely recommend coming here to get car keys done since Andy does it at a fraction of the dealership cost and quickly. He also actually tries to repair the key first rather than push to get it replaced, saving you money.
